Our policy
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete โ we will replace or refund it, no questions asked.
When you qualify for a refund or replacement
- Your order arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
- Your order was incomplete
- Your order never arrived
When we cannot accept returns
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Orders delayed due to courier issues outside our control
How to request a refund or replacement
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We'll review and respond within 1 business day
- If approved we'll send a replacement or process a refund within 3โ5 business days
Refund processing times
- Credit / debit card refunds: 3โ5 business days
- EFT refunds: 2โ3 business days
