Products

What's the difference between THC and CBD? THC is the compound that creates a high. CBD is non-psychoactive — it won't get you high but is used for calm, focus, and relief. Many of our products combine both for a balanced effect.

What's the difference between Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid? Indica strains are generally more relaxing and body-focused — good for sleep and unwinding. Sativa strains are more uplifting and energising — better for social situations and creativity. Hybrid strains sit somewhere in between.

How strong are your gummies? Our gummies range from 2.5mg per gummy (beginner) up to 100mg per gummy (experienced users only). Every product listing shows the exact mg per unit and total mg per pack.

Dosage

How much should I take? Start low and go slow. First-timers should start with 2.5mg–5mg THC and wait at least 90 minutes before taking more. Edibles take longer to kick in than smoking or vaping.

How long do gummies take to work? Typically 30–90 minutes depending on your metabolism, body weight, and whether you've eaten. Always wait before taking more.

Can I take too much? Taking too much THC won't cause serious harm but can be uncomfortable — anxiety, racing heart, or feeling overwhelmed. If this happens, find a calm space, drink water, and remember it will pass. CBD can help counteract the effects.

Ordering

How do I place an order? Add products to your cart and checkout online. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and EFT.

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll do our best to make changes.

Do you have a minimum order? No minimum order. Free delivery on orders over R1200.

Delivery

How long does delivery take? Same-day in Cape Town for orders placed before 2PM. Express nationwide delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

Is delivery discreet? Yes — all orders ship in plain scent-proof packaging with no HighTeaCBD branding on the outside.

Do you deliver nationwide? Yes — we deliver to all major cities across South Africa including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, and more.

Returns

What is your returns policy? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll sort it out. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns on opened items.
